Iran has captured 17 US spies, some sentenced to death: Report

Iran caught 17 spies working for the US Focal Knowledge Organization (CIA) and some have been condemned to death, Iranian media provided details regarding Monday.

Iranian state TV distributed pictures it said demonstrated the CIA officials who were in contact with the suspected spies.

There was no quick remark on the Iranian charges by the CIA or US officials.

Iran reported in June that it had separated a supposed CIA spy ring yet it was indistinct whether Monday’s declaration was connected to the equivalent case.

The declaration comes following three months of spiraling showdown among Iran and the West that started when new more tightly US authorizations produced results in May.

Last week, Iran caught an English tanker after Britain’s Regal Marines held onto an Iranian tanker on July 4.

In an announcement read on state TV, the Service of Insight said 17 spies were captured during the Iranian schedule year that finished in Spring 2019.

“The distinguished government agents were utilized in delicate and essential private part focuses in the financial, atomic, foundation, military and digital zones... where they gathered ordered information,” read the service statement.

In a different report, the semi-official Fars news organization cited a Service of Knowledge official as saying a portion of those captured had been condemned to death.

An Iranian TV narrative broadcast on Monday implied to demonstrate a CIA official enlisting an Iranian man in the Assembled Bedouin Emirates.

“Because there are such a large number of knowledge officials in Dubai.

It is hazardous... Iranian intelligence,” a lady was demonstrated enlightening an Iranian in the narrative concerning asserted CIA spying in Iran which was communicated on state television.
