Malaysian police say political leader behind gay sex tape allegations

Malaysian police on Thursday said a pioneer of an ideological group was behind recordings implying to demonstrate a bureau serve, seen as a potential successor to Head administrator Mahathir Mohamad, occupied with sex with another man.

They did not recognize the gathering or the leader. 

The sex tapes, purportedly of Monetary Issues Clergyman Mohamed Azmin Ali, were broadly disseminated to columnists and legislators by means of WhatsApp last month.

Abdul Hamid said the video was most likely real however that facial acknowledgment tests were "not ready to relate the culprit in the video with the person in question".

The proclamation did not distinguish the individual but rather the feature of the announcement alluded to the sex video "allegedly including an individual bearing similarity to a senior bureau minister".

The video was delivered by gatherings that were contracted with "hundreds of thousands of ringgit", Abdul Hamid stated, alluding to Malaysia's currency.
